Typically, risk assessment results are presented using a risk or heat map, with frequency on one axis and severity on the other. That can be helpful in visualizing the risks, but it isn’t necessary for this methodology. There are many resources available for risk mapping as it is a common, perhaps even standard, way to present risk assessment results. Therefore, it isn’t addressed in this Guidebook.
